Hell yeah I'm down

let me know what time, I have a ton of stuff to do tomorrow but I haven't been on the trail in much too long, might be able to go for a little while.

We should get Jasethedamager in on this, lots of closeby members

Drove Trabucco Creek Road just to lubricate the 4WD in my TE today. 2 cops had a rusty built 4WD by the side of the road near the abandoned RC airport. Am I correct that this trail connects with the Main Divide Truck Trail that takes you up to the radio towers at Saddleback? Any idea how long that takes ?

Only through hiking.

You'd have to take Santiago Canyon Road north from Cook's Corner to Modjeska Canyon Road (same road that leads to Blackstar Canyon Road). Follow Modjeska Canyon Road through Modjeska (town) to Maple Springs Gate (gate is sometimes closed, google Maple Springs Gate to see if it's open), which takes you up Saddleback to the radio towers.

Here's a pic at the top of the western peak, the radio towers take little offroad ability to get to, but the western peak requires low range.
