Trac, A-TRAC and DAC. How to use?

I have a 2010 T4R Limited, just got it actually. I was wondering if someone could explain or give me a link explaining these? I mainly want to know when they can be enabled. For example, can A-TRAC be enable in H4F or does the 4Runner have to be in H4L? Can DAC be enabled in H4F? Should traction control be used continuously or should it be turned off on non-slippery roads?

Thanks guys. Helped a lot. One quick question though, operating in H4F in the rain would be fine, right? And on gravel roads?

4LO only unless you do the grey wire mod.

Can DAC be enabled in H4F?

I don't have this so I couldn't say.

Keep it on all the time unless you want to unleash your inner Ken Block.
