Stock is 4.5 inches.That is why they are sitting in so far and rub the UCA. A 9 inch wide wheel for Toyotas should have a neg offset to push the wheel out more. Like these....17x9 Teflon American Racing ATX Chamber 6x5.5 -12 offset 108 hub AX39857983
As Jesse said.....Wheel spacers like Spidertrax will take care of it though.
