Honestly I just played with everything to figure out what it does and doesn't do. The electronics won't let you do things that aren't compatible, so all you really have to remember is to have the truck stopped and in neutral to shift into 4Lo (there's a nice audible warning that tells you if you're doing that wrong, but you really don't want to hear it).
 
I like your tables. I've been meaning to do something like that too. When I've been offroading, I use 4LO all the time and the rear locker sometimes. I played with the crawl control and too me, the real difference between the settings is just how fast you want to crawl. The terrain your crawling over only matters for what speed you want to go, so you may want to adjust the table for MPH instead of terrain. So far, I've found the multi-terrain modes to be useless, but most of my use has been on rocks/sand/dirt. I just don't use it at all anymore. Another thing to keep in mind is every time you restart the truck engine you have to reset the Rear Side Curtain Airbags to ensure they don't go off while jostling around on big rocks. It would be really cool if it automatically shut off the airbags when you selected 4LO.

good point..it should turn off the RSCA when you go into 4L
 
Thats a nice spreadsheet (and I like spreadsheets). I think you will find it hard to "define" the actual conditions though. For example, today I can go through rock on a steep grade in 2WD. Tomorrow I will need 4HI on the same section because it rained last night. If it rained hard enough, I might need 4LO because of looseness of material. See what I mean? Almost every off road condition is predicated on the environment as it exists at that time with multiple options of attack. Another big item that will affect performance is whether you aired the tires down or are you running stock pressure. I like the spreadsheet though!
