VF2A, is a part time four wheel drive case that is lever actuated, comes on all Trail's and early model SR5's

VF4BM , is a full time four wheel drive case that is electronically actuated (via knob), comes on the limited - unlike the part time cases this one has a center differential (torsion T3) which allows full time four wheel drive but does not allow for a two wheel drive mode.

VF2BM, is a part time four wheel drive case that is electronically actuated (via knob), comes on later model SR5s

VF2A, comes on all trail model and early model SR5s with the lever activated case.

VF4BM , comes on the limited and is an full time four whee drive case with a center diff ( torsion T3) and is electronically activated

VF2BM, comes on later mode SR5s and is electronically actuated like the limited case (knob) but is part time four wheel drive like the trails
