Trd pro lift question

[2016 4Runner SR5]

The kit is PTR13-89160, No top spacer, just the bottom Toytec 1".
The STRUTS are part# PTR13-89160 LF AND RF, the LF(driver) is set at the 2nd notch up and the RF is on the bottom notch.
The springs are TRD part # PTR13-89150-AA
This is my first Toyota front strut change but have done it 3-4 times on my 15 Colorado, similar job.
I undid the sway bar, top 3 strut tower bolts, lower strut bolt, 2 bolts on the lower arm near the ball joint, did not need to loosen the lower arm control nuts. Slid out the OEM strut assembly, slid in the TRD kit, rebolted/ torqued everything. What did I miss? Why is it still sitting so high?
Appreciate any feedback. I may end up removing the Toytec spacer as I don't want to be over 2". The back has no lift.

Is there any chance the unexpected increase lift height is because I'm a 2wd vs 4wd, less weight? If I remove the lower 1" spacer, what part do I replace it with, prev owner did not include the orig spring seat.

With that set up, you're at 1.75 over stock, maybe 2 before it settles and you weight slightly less up front being 2wd rather than 4wd. 1" spacer in the back, maybe 1.5" and you'll have a slight rake and it'll look great. Here's mine when I was 1.5 up front and 1.5 in the back.

Finally got around to installing my TRD Pro suspension with a 3/4" spacer in the front and the 1" for the rear.

Ride is definitely more firm than my SR5 suspension and i am ok with that. So far i am loving the ride.

alignment issues

My misfortune continues. Went to Firestone for the lifetime alignment warranty as suggested, after 2 hrs, they called and their Hunter alignment machine does not have specs for a 2019??? WT# ??:AK47:
I went to a local tire shop a few blocks away, explained what I need, asked to ensure they have the 2019 specs and they do, same Hunter machine but was updated in Jan, he says "no problem"!
I'm booked for 3pm today.
Going to run around the block 3 times backwards to remove the bad JUJU!:repuke:

did you find a stock spring perch? can they use stock 2019 runner after your lift and larger tire size? i would think a 2019 sr5 with stock suspension and tires would have a different spec?

Specs are useless now that you're lifted. Once lifted, OEM specs are not used when doing an alignment. Have your alignment done by a shop that knows how to properly align a lifted IFS vehicle.

I am cursed. Walked back to the shop 1hr later, hoping for the best...shop is all black, no electricity, power outage reported for whole area. Truck is up on the rack, waiting. I havent had this much bad luck in a while.
Talked to the tec, he has a lifted Tacoma, very confident he can do it.

all is well

good news, power came back on, the tec was really good and it's all green.
It did settle down about .25" so I'm about 22.25" front.
Now to decide if I should go with 1" or 1.5" Cornfed spacer, I'm slightly nose high, about .5". 1" will be very close to level, 1/5 will bring some rake back.

I have my kit. The problem is I don’t have a truck [emoji13]. But if replace my spring perch with toytec, I’ll let you know.

One option, can’t you just add a bigger rear spacer to level off the back ?

Definitely let me know, if you are thinking you need 1 more inch, I'd trade you my Toytec's for your stock ones, they run about $150. If you already have the kit, while ur waiting for 4R to arrive just borrow a spring compressor from Oreillys and disassemble, now's a good time before you put them on.:loco:
I do have a Cornfed rear spring spacers on the way to help level but wanting to drop 1".

added a 1" Cornfed rear spacer yesterday. I'm 0.5" higher in the rear.

Just about level as can get with this set up.

You will have massive negative rake with 2" up front and stock in the back. Factory rake is only 3/4" difference. I went up 2.5" up front and 1.5" in the back and had a slight negative rake, enough to bother me so I went up 2" in the back which is perfect IMO Here's mine, 2.5" front 2" rear.

Finally got the lift/tires/etc on my truck. Setup is Toytec TRD Pro 2" lift plus OE FJPro springs up front, Icon Delta Joint ucas, BFG K02 285/70/17 C-load. No rubbing. I do have some added weight up front with the SDHQ hidden winch mount.

How much total higher than stock are you? 2" with the Toytec lift plus another 1" with the springs, and another 0.5" with the 285's? That looks perfect to me, but I still need to fit in my garage which is 6'8". I have a stock TRD Pro in Cavalry blue with the Gobi stealth rack which is I think around 6'5" currently.

Are you on stock UCA's? How were your caster numbers, asking for a friend that isn't about that forum life
also what rear springs are you running?
