I try to see the positive in everything, so thanks for the member compliment, but you sure have balls. You lurk and then when you do join you blast the guy that put this site together? My positive to you would be that you've said what you have to, so go back to lurking and don't poison the site.
Thai and the boys do a great job and give us an excellent venue to be obsessed (and opinionated) about T4R's. Hats off to them. Lets keep it that way so this forum keeps growing positively.

That's certainly your call. He was undoubtedly somewhat abrasive/combative. I guess I have a thicker skin from being on some of the political/religious forums. Man, people can flat come after you on some of those, before they shut them down.Thai said:

TeryT, this has NOTHING to do with having a thick skin. I am looking after the whole forum, not myself. (Remember, i don't own a 4runner Sport model, which Rupert was insulting.) If you notice, i did not ban him even after the public personal attacks, even though personal attacks against a mod/admin IS a reason for banning.

This seems like a good time to officially express my appreciation for this forum.
The civility of this forum is one of the highest I've encountered. The novelty of hurling finely crafted insults over the internet has been over for me for a long time. Don't take much more than you would in your own living room.
And philosophically, I love the end run technology makes around all the ministries, bureaucracies, etc., who seem forever bent on regulating freedom of association.
