Guys, I can't get my right turn signal indicator on the dash to work. Long story short, I checked everything I could think of today (fuses, relay, bulbs, pots, etc.) Everything else works fine. What I finally found was a small tear in the printed circuit board "paper" on the back of the dash cluster. It's torn right below the wiring harness input that has the printed leads to the turn signal bulbs. The small tear happens to go right through the lead to the right blinker bulb. Is that stuff repairable? Any other thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
