Turn signal housing.....which side is positive?

I sold my ARB this week to another forum member so I had to put my stock bumper back on temporarily.
I had to cut the plugs off my stock turn signal wiring to connect up the ARB turn signals. Now I'm stuck
trying to figure out which post is negative and positive in the factory turn signal housing.

What I do know is the white black wire is negative and the green wire is positive which is a good start.

The picture below is the passenger (right side) turn signal. What side is positive? Is it the same for the
driver side or is negative and positive reversed order?

Perhaps someone can tell me this.

Is the side of the bulb the ground with the bottom being the positive on an incandescent 1156 blinker bulb?

yes.
but all it needs to do is close the circuit to work.

With you saying that I feel pretty confident I know which way they should be connected. I can see inside the socket and tell which contacts are touching the bulb. And if it doesn't matter, then I want be blowing any fuses if I'm wrong.

Going off the picture you posted, the green/yellow wire is on the right side. Just looked at my plug.

That's in conflict with what I thought I figured out :dizzy:

Was this on the passenger side looking up from the bottom? Not a huge deal...just curious.

Yes, passenger side.

It shouldn't matter. Incandescent bulbs go both ways!
