Turn Signal Relay - location

I want to put some LEDs in to my turn signals. Because of LED I need to add some load in the circuit. I recently found that I can change the relay instead of adding loads to LEDs.
Can someone look at the Repair Manual and let me know where is the "Turn Signal Relay" is located? Maybe someone knows the location and type of the relay and will be able to show which one of those will fit as well:

I believe it tells you in the owner's manual where the turn signal relay is and/or where the flasher is. If I remember correctly, it is either in the left rocker panel near in the driver's footwell or under the hood between the left fender will and driver's side firewall.

Please let us know how this project turns out. I'm considering changing all of my bulbs to LED's to keep the original 03-05 non LED tail look. I was wondering if I'd overhead the system by doing so.

Unfortunately my manual doesn't say so (I have Canadian version). I tried to locate it, but there is no schematics either on those boxes.

I've attached the location according to my repair manual, sorry I couldn't find anything more detailed. It looks like it's the same relay as the daytime running light flasher relay, I could be wrong though. Maybe the DRL thread might help you out: DRL thread

Since you posted to the DRL thread, I assume you found the instructions on how to access the flasher relay.

I had asked a similar question previously about replacing the flasher. Another member said that the one listed below (or on the far right in your photo) worked in his truck, but he did not have DRLs. As to whether it is compatible with DRL's, who knows?

This diagram says the turn signal flasher relay is in that box. That makes no sense. Its nothing but mini fuses in that box. Relays are under the hood.
I bought a rely for LEDs that fixes rapid flashing of your turn signals but where it goes it a total mystery.
Its definitely not inside the cab fuse box. In my 2003 4runner its nothing but mini fuses, no relays anywhere in it.

EDIT: sorry, i just watched the video and its BEHIND the small fuse box in your cab. You gotta get behind it. This is for 4th gen 4runners. In my case 2003 4runner v6.
