Turn signal side markers

I am trying to figure out did my 4runner side marker ever blinked. I could have sworn it did but when I replaced the bulbs they don't blink at all. Do any of you guys have side marker turn signals?

i've owned 2 runners and park lamps don't blink. turn signals are in the bumper.

No they shouldnt, they would be in the bumper. A lot of people retrofit them into the corner markers but i dont think it came stock like that.

No they don't blink. The blinkers are in the bumper. But if you would like them to blink, there's a mod for that lol.
