Click the Interior under Galeri on the left. I do like the rear A/C vents being located on the roof. The vent locations on my current Runner make them almost useless. And the old fashioned shift knob/s for the 4X4. All in all this Fortuner interior looks simple enough.

The Fortuners vents are very similar to the current GX470 rear vents. They are also located on the ceiling. I couldn't find a great picture but you maybe able to see the vents here.
