My upgrade from my 11 SR5 4WD was the best money I have EVER spent or wasted! I think they have another 12 TE in Magnetic Grey in Tucson.....if you want to head out West.
I had to jump on my upgrade since I'm expecting a transfer to either Gulf States or Southeastern Toyota distribution region and have read how difficult it is too get Trails over there.
You won't be disappointed with the Trail.

I'm hoping that I can trade my F150 in next week for a silver Trail Edition 4Runner. Originally I traded in my 2004 Sport Edition 4Runner for the truck last year and ever since then I've regretted giving up my 4Runner. My truck is a 2011 and I will be about 3k in the hole but I really don't care, just want a 4Runner again.
Talking to a few dealerships, Carmax, Browns Toyota and Koons in Westminster MD. The guy in Westminster seems ready to wheel and deal where Carmax and Browns are pretty much this is the price take it or leave it. The Koons dealership said they will beat both offers so I go Monday to see what they can do.

Watch the destination fees, processing fees, and other added costs. At some dealerships, you don't see this until the end. Stick to the out the door price.

Getting that info out of them is nearly impossible. Was asking this today, they just kept saying $37,482 +fees for the TE. I kept saying what fees are you charging but never got a straight forward. So I just walked out and said you have my number when you figure out the fee's your charging. The only place that told me the fees before hand was Carmax.

39k with all the options including leather upgrade sound good?
If you are talking about a TE with a leather upgrade, the leather will be aftermarket as the TE does not have this option from the factory. If that is the case, you may want to compare the cost of the leather upgrade with ordering/installing leather seats yourself. The quality and options available from a manufacturer like Katzkins can really help personalize your interior. A couple members have done this with some very nice looking seats.
