I agree with Borfoo completely.
This is going to sound a little funny to read, but it is really the only way that I can describe it. I wouldn't say that the throttle response is dramatically "changed," but I would say that it feels as though you are getting more power at the same pedal position as before. Because of the additional power, you will either accelerate slightly quicker for the same throttle input as before, or you can use less throttle for the same acceleration as before.
It is noticeable to me, and I'm the very first to usually call BS on any "butt-dyno" settings. For example - I don't think an intake does anything. But this is noticeable.
Does it change the throttle response? Maybe it does. I will say this: the 4runner drives BETTER. Less throttle for better acceleration. It is the first mod that I feel has been worth every last penny.
