USB vs. IPOD

hi.. I have an issue with my interface and I'm wondering if anyone has any input on.

When I'm scrolling through songs, artist, genres etc, the radio automatically starts playing what's highlighted on the screen, without me selecting it.

Is there a setting for this? Anyone know?

Using the iPhone through Blutooth unfortunately makes you lose the phone functionality. One or the other unfortunately.

I can stream music (iPod, pandora, etc.) from my iPhone using the blue tooth and still have the phone work in my SR5. When a call comes in the music automatically mutes. The key is to choose the right options when pairing your phone. See here:

I am using a 3rd Gen nano left in the glove box all the time, I did basically the same thing with ALPINE kit that I had in my 07 tundra (it would occasionally hiccup and need restarted) but never got to hot. The problem I have is that my
4runner randomly decides to change from iPod to xm, fm or off when I start it up.
