Rainier last weekend. It being a national park and all, not a lot of real off roading, but boy there are no end of amazing hikes/scrambles ... the last one is what Mt Adams looks like from 10,000 feet up Rainier.

As an aside, good on you for not drilling your front bumper just for that silly plate holder. I don't need a front plate where I'm at, but plan on zipping it just like that if I ever need to.

I’ve seen several do the same, and I get it but if the choices are zip tie it to the grille, toss it on the dashboard or mount it as designed I’ll mount it like it’s supposed to be every time. Just leave it off. Those are great shots!

How did you black out the lettering on the rear 4runner badge ?

You can buy plastic caps in black that go on over the letters, or some people carefully tape off the letters and spray with plastidip.

Spent 4 days in Hells Canyon (Idaho/Oregon). Great place to explore. Tons of back country and trails, endless wilderness camping opportunities.
