Want votes and/or opinions on my tire choice for my 2010 TE.

BF Goodrich M/T km2 ......or..... Toyo Open Country MT

Keeping stock 265/70 17's size and they would cost me the same.

Toyo's for sure!!!! They are great tires, had a set a couple years ago. I would look into Nitto Trail Grappler's as well. That is what I am running now and I love them. They are wearing very well, and are very quiet on the street!!

My Nittos are being installed as I respond to this post.

... but these aren't going to make 40K.

They are; however, by-far the best all-round offroad tire I have run. In mud and clay they don't load up, seem to grab rocks and don't spin in sand.

Definitely going to buy another set.

Thank you all for the votes and suggestions. I decided to go with the TOYO MT's in the stock size. I haven't gotten to put them anywhere too rough yet but they seem like they will perform great.

My only negative is that they are heavy (only available in LT) and the gas mileage took a hit. A little more than I expected from when I put tires on my old '03 Tacoma.
