Website for parts

I've used them once for Mini parts. It was an uneventful purchase. Their selection of parts was great, but their website is ok. Part descriptions are sometimes lacking so careful reading is required to ensure proper parts are ordered.

A couple weeks ago I was about to make another purchase from them, but shipping costs proved to be too much. Parts on my order would have come from 4 different locations and trying to minimize locations by ordering the same part from a different manufacturer was a PITA.

I have a trail hood from Rock Auto. The fitment isn't 100% but it works and you have to remember that the actual scoop isn't included. That part alone is $100 from Toyota. Also it doesn't come painted, neither does the one from Toyota FYI.

This is how they originally shipped the hood lol and yes that's the hood sticking out of the top. They did replace the hood and knocked $100 off the total, but who the hell packs a hood like that? lol

So how did they ship the second hood to you? Hopefully not the same way.

Damn! Now we know where Titanpat57 has a summer job. Way to go Pat!

I have used them a couple times. I just bought a tailgate handle for my '06 Tundra that the local dealership wanted $107 for and I got the same one for $32 shipped.

That's normally where I buy all my parts from. If you're not in a hurry you can't beat the prices.

I took my old truck from scrap to perfectly running thanks to them.

I've purchased traditional parts from them for Asian vehicles and have noticed that the Beck/Arnley branded parts all say "Made in Japan" on the box.

I have no complaints about their mdse., but as mentioned above, it can be costly shipping-wise if they have to source from multiple whses. which they have all over the U. S. .

Adio3x, how do you like the hood. I'm considering one for my 2010 sr5. I'm curious if you have a part number for the scoop insert? You said it doesn't fit 100%? How bad is it? Also, if painted yet what did that run you?

I've purchased parts from them in the distant past, got the brand parts I ordered, for good prices and fast shipping.
Overall good experiences.

No doubt. I've ordered from them before as well but just misc maint parts. I'm just wondering what the fit and finish of their body panels are like.
