Wet okole order aggravation long,quick read

Man, I hate to complain about things.....
But here goes.....
I'm in the "process" of placing an order w/wet okole.
Did it over the phone because I had some questions.
Kid on the phone says (yesterday afternoon) "I'll place your order and send u a confirmation email by the end of the day" yesterday.
I check my email today to see if this individual sent me an email to confirm my order. No email.....hmmmm ok this is where it gets fun-not.
I just called and for 16 minutes they couldn't locate my order. Stupid me I forgot the individuals name who took my order. BUT, wouldn't you think if I gave my name,tel #, car make, whatever it would be in there system??!!!
I got bounced around from one pothead,clueless person to another.....one genius (female) says to me after i explain that I've been on the phone for 16 minutes trying to find out if my credit card info has been compromised that I have an "attitude".
Finally the actual individual (male) whom I think took my order answers the phone says. "Yes, I have your order right here." apparently it seems it was written down and not "in some kind of system".
Weird and very annoying......from what I've read here these seat covers seem to be the best.....but Jesus Christ ! Whoever answers calls/places orders at this establishment leaves a whole lot to be desired......oh boy!

I'm ordering from them (wet okole ) direct.
I did it by telephone.
I'm sticking with them for now, since I hope the telephone operators and the people who actually make my seat covers arent the same.
I originally ordered and received GTcovers seat covers and the "flap" or cover that goes over the area for the airbags on the seat bolsters looked completely terrible and stupid. I sent them back to GTcovers for a refund. Check my thread and pics you'll see.
If these suck. I'll go with autoanything.com's neoprene and then that'll be it.

I had them on a previous car I owned, back in 2006, and yes, I got the same impression that everyone I spoke to was on medical marijuana, I got mine, and they looked great on the car I had, I could take them out and scrub them and they looked like new. The one thing about neoprene is that it doesn't seem to breath, so in the summer time, my back would get hot as a result.

I've recently placed two orders - first for the front seats, then a month later for the rears (bc we were so happy with the fronts). In fact the rears came today. We did both orders on the website instead of by phone, as it is pretty precise and specific to 4Rs.
