I'm just going to bedline my rig. No need to worry about chips or stripes that way.

Monstaliner. I used raptor liner too. Both are good quality however I prefer monstaliner. It's like coating your truck in a flexible plastic bedliner insert.

500 bones for all materials including tint, taping, and bedliner base.

That's right after I painted her over a year ago.

That's a couple weeks ago under similar lighting. No fade that I can tell. Read foxriders writeup or you can find mine over on ultimate.

Just make sure you use good shit.


I used theat Rustoleum Bed Liner crap, and it's chipped and scratched up EVERYWHERE.

That's what I get for wanting a black truck, and not waiting to get RatorLiner or MonstaLiner. *Shrug*


Either way, it's coming off, and I will be doing a WWII Style paint job. Kinda like the Tomahauk.

Easy fix

3m paint remover pads and a 7" grinder with a buffing/sanding pad will fix that. Then just clean it with acetone and roll monstaliner over it!

be careful with ANY stripper. Especially aircraft.

Been using it for years and you don't want a drop of that anywhere especially on any skin that is not the palms of your hands.

Got a small drop on the inside of my arm next to my funny bone area and it took about .00001 seconds to start to burn!!

Told myself years ago I would get out of the aircraft painting business, but my spending habits won't allow me to just yet.

I worked in a paint shop at a composites company that made aircraft parts for about 4 months and that was enough. The amount of chemicals you're exposed to on a daily basis is just staggering. That shit will kill you! :rip:
