I can't tell if your price is right or too high because that is depending on what option it come with but i can tell you what i paid for mine:

Now, Looks like the deal is sealed right ?.......Wrong. Good answer.
While I fill out the Financial Paper work, they hit me with Factory Alarm for $600.00 and 7 years or 100,000.00 mile warranty $3099.00.
The 5th Gen T4R come with factory alarm ready installed but not activation, if you choose not to pay then they will not activate it. At first I keep say no I don't want them, and so they keep dropping the price, finally I end up paying $400.00 for the Alarm and $1,200.00 for the Extension warranty.
From my experience, all I can tell you is : Don't put your guard down until you leave the Dealer, even when you done with financial paper work and before you shack hand say goodbye you could still get trapped. Because they know you are at the dealer for hours with precaution try to get your best deal, so you will let your guard down once you think you finish the deal, that is when they get you. Good luck.

msrp on mine was 37k. Got them to 33k. Added some stuff remote start and alarm and I was at 34k and change. Other dealers wouldn't match that.

I think that's a good price. I got everything you got plus chrome exhaust tip, roof cross bars, and running boards. I paid $33k + TTL.

Got it for $31,500 + tax came to about $33,600 out the door.

I think we got a pretty good deal on it. The dealership we got it from does free tires for life of vehicle, free tire rotations, plus the 2 year maintanence from Toyota

The Good news for potential buyers now, Toyota offer $0 Down and $0 Interest up to 60 months on selected models, I am not sure if the 4Runners is part of this deal or not.

Thanks for the help, I just got home from the dealership and they quoted me 31,000.00 for the 4Runner. I think I may go back tomorrow and buy it. The truck is equipped just like you have listed.
