Everything was done within the week - Wheels & Tires were Installed last night after work...

1. Blacked Out Badges

2. Tinted Windows:
Front @ 15%
Back @ 35% + stock 28% to get close to matching

3. Installed New Wheels & Tires On Stock Suspension (For Now) - Very minor rubbing on the mud flaps that will be removed after work today.
Wheels: FN PRO 17x8" / 0mm offset / 4.5" backspacing.
Tires: BFG AT KO2's - 285/70/17's Load Range E

4. Installed WeatherTech Digital Fit Floor Mats

5. Ordered Black on Black on Black Wet Okole Seat Covers - 4/6 Week Lead Time.

Future Leveling Lift: Fox 2.0 CO IFP w/ Fox 2.0 Rear Shocks IFP

Finally gave it a wash and picked up a portable air compressor. I tested it in the driveway and it works pretty good. It will come in handy in the dunes in about a month.

*Did the Parking Light only Mod (don't have to run DRL to get the parking lights on). I was a little hesitate as I no longer have DRL functionality (never used anyways) and while I just bent the pin i would not be surprised if I couldn't get the pin back straight or it broke int he process if I ever wanted to undo the mod Have no plans to try but if its a no go thats a $150 relay.

*Greased all lube points including U-joints, Slip Yolk and UCA/Ball Joint

*Removed Sliders as I plan to get them LineX'd as my spray on bed liner did not hold up well over the winter.

*Found that my factory gas tank skid actually did something for me

Gained 3" of ground clearance!!! On my rocker panels... removed factory side steps FINALLY.

Trail rockers in transit, shrockwork step sliders in garage, may not have time to install before moab next weekend but no steps is better than factory steps. im just mtn biking in moab anyway.

The truck looks better already though!

Good Lord, the rust in Minnesota! My wife is from northern Maine and vehicles don't last up there at all. I still have a 1988 GMC truck that I drive a few times a week, no rust. It's amazing what the salt does.

got it muddy and ran over a dead deer

Was running some errands on Fort Belvoir when a muddy two track into the woods caught my eye, I got the itch and decided to check it out. It ended up being the most fun I've had in my truck yet. Narrow with steep grades, lots of mud, and a huuuge puddle that was more like a water crossing. My wife wondered why I came home from getting dog food covered in mud haha... also had to run over a deer carcass so now my dog won't leave the wheel well alone. Living near DC makes it hard to go off road without making a weekend out of it, so I was happy for some unexpected fun. Took the dog for a swim in the river too.

Used [MENTION=3054]Lexusbstrdchild[/MENTION] idea to fill in the 4x4 shifter, I used flat black vs his red. If I was to do it again I might even have gone a dark grey.

No idea what he used but I plan on using Model paint you get at hobby store for plastic model cars etc.

Any input on model paint vs nail polish? I was thinking that the nail polish might be a little more durable.

It will work just fine, I used Acetone to clean up/remove the "overflow" which is what nail polish remove is (or mostly). My wife does not have black nail polish so I was running to the store either way but if yours has some I don't see why not, her nail polish remover, maybe a Qtip to apply and then towels to clean up and you should be good to go.

Durability wise I am not to concerned as its not a high traffic area

Just Because

I am not into the whole Zombie thing but I do like making the truck uniquely mine. I had seen this idea 4+ years ago on the Tacoma forum when I was thinking I would get one after I graduated and thought it would be fun to leverage to the truck. Not for everyone but I think it will make people smile/chuckle which is worth the 30min effort.
