I spent most of yesterday on the road driving from Dayton OH to Butler TN. I managed the entire trip without setting rubber on any interstate and the drive was quite scenic and relaxed. (US-35, US-23, US-58 Alt, US-19)

Today I got up and drove the 90 minutes down to BudBuilt in Hudson NC. The shop was rather cold, but the guys there has no problem taking care of me and getting my new sliders on.
Bud chatted with me pretty much the whole install. Seems like a nice guy, he's working on getting back to design new cool things for expanding his product line soon.

I wouldn't say mine is interfering, it's just really tight. I think the front nylon 1/4" spacer would solve it perfectly.

I had a really hard time and eventually never did find 1/4" nylon spacers. I tried Home Depot, Lowes and even an AutoZone store with no luck. Hope you have better luck.

I would suggest calling Josh at RCI and letting him know about the same issue we have run into. He is really easy to work with and seems to want to please the customer. Not speaking for him but he may just send you a pair gratis.

You consider double stacking two 1/8th washers? I mean that surely would work. You could always glue two shorter washers together.

Removed the KDSS sway bars. The system is still in tact. Jacked up the pistons to fully collapsed and secured with steel cable. It's a trial to keep the system so it can be installed versus an entire gut.

I don't need a higher lift, that's for sure. Already running the Icon Stage 5 with Metal Tech LT rear. The KDSS is awesome for on road performance and does alright off-road. The issue is the piston travel limits the rear suspension travel, especially on a lifted 4Runner, therefore, making the LT a waste. By removing, I have the full capability of the suspension, yet, can still reinstall in the future, if I want or need to sell. It's not a quick method, but will retain the system if ever needed.

Not 100% sure. He said he's on the stock TRDP suspension but it's mounting position was moved. Plus a 6" lift. Looks great. Maybe [MENTION=115475]TRDPRO[/MENTION] can give you some info. Mines the lonely silver one.

Finally got to install my switches. It was super easy thanks to other members threads. It does take some time if you are OCD like I am but I think it turned out well. The aux box I got on ebay is clutch. Highly recommend it for anyone doing the same.

What switch panel is that that fits so nicely in that spot, and what is the aux box you speak of? The switches are wired how, have a diagram showing what you have going on there? Beautiful!
