I had a really hard time and eventually never did find 1/4" nylon spacers. I tried Home Depot, Lowes and even an AutoZone store with no luck. Hope you have better luck.

I would suggest calling Josh at RCI and letting him know about the same issue we have run into. He is really easy to work with and seems to want to please the customer. Not speaking for him but he may just send you a pair gratis.

Found these at ACE hardware, nylon washers. 1/4". I may vinyl dye them black just because. Should work fine. Eh?

Finally got to running the CB antenna wiring.

Installed rear BOSS shocks.

Got everything prepped for the front BOSS install this weekend.

Got four new meats: Destination ATs, 275-70-17. The Cooper AT3s just got soooo loud by about 40,000 that it was time to go at ~42.5. Traction had fallen off badly too. But hey, they're made to wear out right? Had the Firestones on my Gen 3 with good success, so here we go.

Not what I want to read. I have stock size Coopers on my 5th gen right now, about 10K mi on them, and after my lift im really tempted to move to 285 KO2s. Don't need any more reasons to spend more money

I finished installing my backup sensors and blind side monitor kit.

It works well. with distance scale and beeps faster the closer you get.

The only thing I didn't like were the A pillar stick on lights. I decided to run LEDs to the side mirrors instead.

got my TRS package today, psyched to have better lighting only to find out i was missing a few little parts. bummer and they won't be open till cyber monday and then however long it takes for them to respond and send it out...
in the package are 5500k H11 HIDS and the LED toyota fog light kit. thats plug and play but I'm in holiday mode and not installing it tomorrow...maybe this weekend. i can probably put on one side of the HID kit unless i can find the plastic end pieces for the plugs elsewhere

I love the Destination AT and don't understand why they aren't more popular. Great all around tire for the real world of 4R ownership.

What switch panel is that that fits so nicely in that spot, and what is the aux box you speak of? The switches are wired how, have a diagram showing what you have going on there? Beautiful!

Thanks. The switches and switch plate are from OTRATTW. The switch plate and cubby require some dremel work to make a proper fit. I just used a sanding disk mainly on the inside corners of the switch plate and the top and bottom of the cubby. Its pretty obvious where it needs to be massaged when you test fit it. The wiring is simple. The yellow wire with the black stripe is the switched 12V source so that the switches only light up when my lights are on. The red wire is 12V ACC. I used a add-a-circuit for both feeds. The 12V ACC is from an open slot in the fuse box and the 12V switched is tapped from the tailight fuse. The black wire is the ground. You have 2 ground points on the switch for the 2 leds. All the wires are jumped for ease and not pictured are the wires running from the switches to the relays. This is the power box I use.Universal Relay Fuse Auxiliary Distribution Box Jeep Cooper Bussmann Off Road | eBay There are a good threads about its purpose and use floating around but its basically a distribution box that houses fuses and relays so that the switch can activate the relay which activates the accessory. It makes it cleaner and easier to keep a bunch of a accessories in order.

Should work fine. I had some aluminum ones left over from a Hotchkis suspension and I believe they were are about 1/4. No issues so far.

Cool, I may shorten one down slightly more than 1/4, to 1/5th just to have the option and make it flush. They were .50 cents each so whatever. Shouldn't be hard.
