My T4R.ORG sign arrived in the mail today, so I put it on the rear window. I ordered two of them, one in silver and one in white, so I could decide which would look best. I picked the silver:

I also added a RiffTrax sticker to the rear hatch. I put the sticker on flexible magnetic sheet and trimmed it to shape. This way the sticker won't mess up the paint, and I can move it or replace it when needed:

Swapped out my broken Toytec Boss coilovers for Icons. Of course I managed to booger up a light racing ball joint in the process. Amazon prime saves the day and will have that here on Sunday.

You know those useless trays that sit above the wheel wells in the rear? I'm going to put it on the driver's side tray. Since that pops out with a trim tool, we can route it down through the kick panels, B-Pillar, and out through the firewall.

I'm running fused 12v power utilizing a Scosche amp power kit under the truck following the frame rails to both the trunk through an under the trunk floor grommet as well as to the rear bumper for LED diffused lights.

I was going to do the same route as you but I wanted to wire the rear LED lights as well as the trunk trays.

Bought another Toyota

Took my mother-in-law car shopping and got her a RAV4. Thought maybe this little thing might be fun and matched the runner nicely. Cheap too. Might get back into Autocrossing if I had one these...

Well I finally got around to doing something fun.

Two days ago, I added these....

Toytec Boss 2.5 Lift with Total Chaos UCA's

Then yesterday these came in a big brown truck....

Stealth Custom Series, Stealth 6 in Matte Dark Bronze

Took those to the local tire shop, and had these put on them...

285/70/17 BFG KO2's
They look quite a bit better than the Bridgestones..... :boink:

So, here is how she sits now...kind of crappy quick pictures after work yesterday...and my phone camera has dirt on the lens...

I wanted to go get some better pictures today, but of course it is crappy and rainy outside. Still will probably grab a few...
I love it, the lift looks great and rides great.
The wheels are phenomenal.
And the tires are of course awesome.

I was supposed to get my KO2s installed today. Got a call from the tire shop an hour before my appointment stating their inventory was off and they only have 3 tires in stock. They are calling around but probably won't get another in before Wednesday. :dammit:

Took our pair of Scottish Deerhounds on their introduction ride today to see the world from inside the new 4Runner. They seemed very content and liked the rear per window feature. :biggrin1:

These dogs are as big as an average humans. , so it will be a bit cozy with all our gear . I ve already packed the roof to test that phase out. Well designed and sturdy.

I ve worked out he the mileage so far at 19.8 mpg combined road .... All types of driving. Well....no off road goat trails ...yet:naughty:

When we reach the mts , I expect it will decline a bit ......Still nearly 20 mpg beats the awful 9-12 mpg of the giant gas guzzling Expedition we had. It was worse loaded and pulling a trailer . 8 mpg was a good day loaded. The new 4Runner has 30 HP more than the Ford tank.

Nope. Not a Rav. While mom-in-law was dealing with the salesdude I was checking out the rest of the rolling stock. This little beauty is a Scion FR-S. 200 HP, boxer motor, 50/50 weight ratio, rear wheel drive and only $26,000.00....soon to be rebadged as a Toyota.
