Hey man! Congrats on the rack!

I just got mine installed this past weekend. That said do a quick inventory of all your hardware. I was missing most of the stuff to mount the rack to my roof.

Ended up going to Lowe's and bought some stainless steel bolts to make it all work.

I'm working with CBI right now to see how they'll compensate me for the missing hardware.

Aside from that I really like the rack!

Crazy you can spend this much and wait this long and the product arrives with missing pieces. Post a pic when you can.

Packed up and took a trip to Lake Whitney State Park this past weekend. First trip to try out the trailer/tent combo! It was nice having so much extra storage space and also still being able to leave the tent set up and drive the car if needed.

Forgot to get a pic of it set up till we were tearing everything down..

I'm taking the family to meet up with a friend and his. Never been to Lake Whitney before. How did you like it, where did you camp amd any suggestions for the park?

Love the truck. Where about in Missouri are you?

Installed Shockworks sliders. Took me about 4 hours from start to finish. First couple of hours was spent trying to make sense of the instructions and gathering all the parts & tools needed. They didn’t come with the right size bolts, so double check the parts before starting on the installation.

It was our first time there. Wanted to go back to Meridian but they didn't have any spots short notice.

It's nice, our first spot we were in was really close to adjacent sites so we moved the next day. Nice facilities and a couple of walking trails. A little more "groomed" than some other places I've stayed, so take that for what it's worth.

I was planning the same setup, must be a GOBI ladder. Looks good but please cut down the Rotopax mounting hardware. Way to loooooooong.

It was my fault. I was going about 35 mph and misjudged how fast the car in front of me was breaking. I drive this road every day and theres never traffic so I thought he was just slowing but by the time I realized he had slammed on his break, it was too late. I could of swerved to the left and avoided all of this but because I was in the right lane, my instinct took over and I swerved right because i knew there wasn't any cars to my right. I don't think there was a car in the left lane at the time but I could be wrong and didn't want to risk it and the fact that I failed to realize how fast the car slowed down, there was no way I would of thought to look to my left to see if a car was coming or not. Shitty way to start off the day but shit happens. It is what it is. Its still drivable and I pretty sure theres no damage to the frame or drivetrain so all is good. I walked away from it and thats all that matters.

installed the pro suspension on my sr5p. for $490, was an easy decision for me. wanted an oem ride. at ~1" gain up front and 0 rear, slight rake still visible.

$490?? Please tell me where. This is what I want/need for my SR5!
