I've been looking at Precision LED's interior kit but that's gonna have to wait until after the FatMan flies next month.

Unless they go on sale...

Don't get the precision LEDs. I had so many bulbs that went out or started flickering. Although they sent out replacement ones, they always sent out the wrong colors or it would get lost or you would hear from them for days after sending them an email. I had to reach out to them about 5 or 6 times in the last year and their warranty is only 1 year. I went with the phillips LEDs from Xenondepot and so far no issues yet.

Installed the Frontrunner Slimline II rack over the weekend. Install was pretty straight forward with some minor hiccups but everything worked out. Im super happy with it. Just waiting for my Gobi ladder at this point.

Was driving on a nice winding mountain road doing 55 - 60 mph when an older pickup truck pulled out of a side road in front of me. Must have been an old timer because they were not going over 35 - 40. So I backed off and patiently cruised behind them until we came to a short passing zone. Well being that the road was newly paved and I had a long way to go I seized the opportunity and laid into it; well holy crap, not only did it get up and go, dropping from the first passing gear into the second, but it GROWLED! That lil' 4 liter got down right mean and growled like a pissed off mountain lion. It shot around that truck and took off like a bat out of hell. I was too busy paying attention to passing safely to look at the tach but it had be be over 4000. Needless to say I was a little shocked and even more impressed. These little engines have it if when you need it. (I still want the supercharger though.)

Yep, Love Me Some 2016 4Runner. It's got way more power & torque than my 1999 4Runner. Mess with me and I mess ya back kind of get up and go.

I coated the frame rails of mine with some Fluid Film. I didn't like the idea of spraying them with a thick coating of material so I sprayed a rag liberally with material and wiped it down. It seems to have provided a nice barrier, but it's not extremely thick. I'm sure I'll end up applying a few coatings as the months go by.
