Did you do all the windows in ceramic tint? That’s one of the things I really want to do to mine

I got the 80% on the windshield in ceramic and then ceramic 28% on the front two. I had 35 from the dealer but the green just made me angry. 28 is an absolute perfect match, I had 20 on my Sierra and knew that would be too dark for the 4Runner rear glass. Here's some pics.

Do you notice the interior being cooler with out the rear windows having the ceramic tint? I was considering 20% all around just so I had ceramic tint on all the windows.

Before I got them done I really noticed the heat basically all coming in through the windshield. The 35 did pretty good blocking out the front two but I just wanted them to match. The rest doesn’t seem to attract much heat, again really just seemed to be the windshield. I’m very happy and would recommend this set up!

Lubed the yolks and u joints. Changed the oil. Changed both engine and cabin filters. Did some touch up paint too. Just past 22k on the odometer.

Can you use polarized glasses with the windshield after the air 80 is installed? I've been in cars that have windshield film and I could not use my sunglasses because of the polarization.

Yeah they work no problem. Just tried Costa’s and Ray-Ban both polarized and I have no problems whatsoever.

We camped in the Loyalsock State Forest at Masten. We were hiking parts of the Old Loggers Path and exploring Rock Run. On the way back we stopped at Ricketts Glen State Park to view the waterfalls. If you plan a trip there, pay attention for rattlesnakes now that it's beginning to get warm.



PA has tons of public land. The state dcnr site lists the state parks and forests. Online maps are available for downloading as well. You can make online reservations to camp in the parks. Camping in the state forests might require a permit depending on where you camp. It's best to call the designated state forest HQ.



Wherever you go, be cognizant of the season and overlap to any hunting regulations. If you're hiking you might be required to wear blaze orange.

Not even a kiss on the cheek!!

So what ended up happening was that I ordered the shifter cable from Camelback Toyota for a lot less than my dealership wanted to charge me, and I talked them into knocking an hour off of the labor. So they charged me 2 hours and I got the part for $265 instead of the $399 that they wanted. I asked for the broken part back because I wanted to see if there was a way I could send it into Toyota Corporate and have them evaluate it to see exactly where and why it broke. Not sure theres a means to do this, but its worth a shot.

After much debate, decided to go with a portable compressor to air up instead of installing on board air. Rested out today, from 32psi down to 20 = 10 minutes with ARB ez deflator then back up to 32 = 15 minutes with VIAIR 88P. Will get a little faster as I do it more, especially airing down!

Wrapped my other roof rails in white vinyl and installed my LFD Off Road Ruggedized Cross Bars. 2 in Stella and 2 in aluminum. I’ll try for some better photos in the light.

Bilstein 5100 and 1.5” spacer

Got my new Bilstein 5100 installed with the front set to to 1.75” and some daystar 1.5” rear spacers. I had 3/4 shocks leaking which made a miserable ride but much much better now!
