Spent Sunday washing all the grime gunk from a few trips into the desert/woods so of course it's rained the last two days. Still looks fresh though.

A bit, not terribly but it's noticable. They're the Weather Tech in channel version, but I don't recommend them. Back ones fell out within weeks and the fronts are loose. I'll probably replace them at some point soon. Search the forums and you'll see a few of us have had the same issue.

Along these lines, I also wouldn't recommend the WeatherTech in channels.. Installed them on my '12 WRX (now my husband's car) and both of the front ones fell out. Apparently they're only held in the channels by jamming them into the window channel and held in with interference.. Weathertech tried to fix it by sending small rubber pieces to set on the bottom of the visor against the window weatherstripping by the mirror.. over time one of them slipped and the window visor actually cut into the weatherstripping on the bottom of the window exposing the metal underneath.. then flew out while he was driving down the road and promptly run over by the car behind him..
Weathertech's customer service was nice, though. They sent out a new set free of charge (because it was within a year of purchase/install), but the problem is still there. They just won't hold, and the damage is now done.
I don't mean to bash Weathertech at all. They were very kind and it was super nice of them to send a new set out. But they need a strip of thin double sided tape to hold them up top or something so all the pressure does't end up resting at the front end of the visor.

I had the rear output seal on the transfer case replaced under warranty.

I've heard good things about the AVS low profile vent visors
I’ve had the AVS low pro ones on for 4 years with zero issues. I don’t recall any highway noise with them before putting my roof rack on.

+1 for AVS as well. I've had mine installed for about 4 months with no issues. There were a few reviews on Amazon that had me worried but didn't run into any problems during install or use. Set it and forget it!

I just got in my set of Illuminate Your Presence :: Unique Style Racing tail lights. Siiiiick, they match OEM look but full chrome delete with a satin black finish. Since ive come across a few recent threads of people asking about them I thought I’d post it up.
I wanted the blacked out background after seeing it in person and thought it would finish the look on my Magnetic Grey T4R.
The tailamps I purchased are manufactered by Depo for the above website. From what I have read in articles and user feedback is Depo is a great aftermarket brand. They differentiate from other brands who pop open the OEM seal sPRay PaiNt, thdn reseal by hand, because they are manufactured with the black and and no chrone to begin with and are factory sealed so NO WATER LEAKS NO FOGGY LENSES!!!!They are TOTALLY PLUG N PLAY for ALL 5th Gens...yes 10-13 and 14+!!! I got it for my '16 4RTEP took about 5 min per light to do.
Overall I’m very happy with them and its made a huge difference in my trucks look even with the small difference of the black housings.
I think theyre still on sale for $269 !!!! Such a steal right now. They are comin out with headlight soon, too, cant waaaait. Suppised to replace the chrome "eyebrow" or check mark for a DRL switchback maaaaybe sequential LED !!!!

where did you get this grill?
Kinda wish I hadn't seen this.... That's the one thing I do not like about my 2011.
Def. have to put them on my wish list. My headlights look pretty bad too.
You had to post a picture and even worse a link! Been about 2 or 3 months since I have done any mods and I had the bug anyway. Needless to say, mine are on the way.
...I read several folks having the same issues..as well as not sticking out far enuff to create much of a cover...so I got the AVS ones that mount to the outside of the window frame...and they are great!....No noise, let ya roll the window down an inch or two in the rain and still stay dry inside...make it easier to clean window under them...and they are on there for the life of the car!...( I know...cos my truck was totaled after only 8 months...and I had to cut them off...and that was a real *****! )...but even in sub-freezing temps....I could bend them quite a bit to cut the adhesive off with a Stanley-knife without a single one cracking or breaking....so they are back on my newer truck!...:thumb3:
