What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Today I installed LED map lights, dome light, door lights and license plate lights from VLED. Only issue that came up is when I removed the covers for the license plate lights...it appears that they might have previously been installed backwards. Are the sockets in the license plate light housings supposed to be facing out towards the tail lights or in towards the plate?

Changed my diffs and transfer case fluids.
Transfer case was still a little goldish clear but front and rear diff was dark at almost 33k. Used Mobil 1 synthetic 75W-90 for all.

I will see in the morning if I have permission to post photos and take one of them back apart. The housing inside is angled and it faces out rather than in like it seems like it should.

It seems the reverse license plate lights installation has been a thing.

I just bought one! 2019 off road premium metallic gray.

First upgrade is interior lighting bulb replacements, then sliders and a badly needed lift / suspension tightening for the nose dive.

The third gen is jealous, but will still get used - the kids are approaching driving age...
