Yep. Increased scrub radius will cause clearance issues. Lift unlikely to help. No idea why people add spacers for no reason at all. They add weight and increase points of failure, I don't see the upside.

Stance and street cred, bro! Added bonus, you get to throw debris all over the side of your truck.
Not sure if it's the same on the 4R, but using spacers when lowering a car was just a cheap band-aid to avoid buying wheels that had the correct offset for the application.

I love the SEMA TRD wheels and dont want to change them. It's a personal preference - wider always looks better. Been looking for street cred for the last 20 years.

I know it's too late now but FN Wheels makes the fx Pro in an 8", zero offset. Plenty of colors and they're lighter than factory.

Changed My Spark Plugs

Decided to change my spark plugs (long overdue). Now I'm in failsafe mode (limp dick mode) and can't seem to get it cleared up. Have 8 codes that popped up when I plugged in. P0121, P0123, P0102, and P0113. All codes pop up twice. Going to try and clean the TPS and MAFS tomorrow... hope it helps. Otherwise thinking of just buying new sensors. Any suggestions or fix it tips please send my way!!!!

I got it back from Toyota Collision Repair today... and installed a roof rack.

3 weeks ago, 1 week after I installed my new suspension, wheels, and tires, some terrible person hit and ran my parked Runner right behind the drivers side tire. They bent and scratched quite a few suspension components...

Good news is its just about back to normal I think.. and I got to install my Rago Fabrication roof rack to support my trax. I really dig the OEM rack compatibility, fit and finish.

Take the ground off the battery for 5 minutes then re-connect. See if that takes codes away.

Zero noise and I'm really digging this thing so far after I got in on the highway and around town today.

Yesterday installed the Rago Fab panels in the rear. Today changed the oil, rotated the tires. First oil change, switched to the metal filter housing. Everything went perfectly except that apparently I am missing some bolts for the front plastic OEM "skid"/cover.
