Harbor freight has these scrapers. They are stiff but a bit flexible.
Any auto parts store should have that turtle wax adhesive remover. I went to Auto zone. It’s a familiar smell and I can’t remember what it is but it’s an orange scent of another cleaner.
First scrape off top layer of film then spray, as that acts as a lubricant. Then more scraping.
You won’t scratch the paint.
I had to dig deep into YouTube to find this but man it works.

Awesome. I need to remove the clear bra from my 370 and Im hoping I won’t have to resort to this. Fingers crossed!

Drove to Asheville Wednesday night and picked up a full length front runner rack. Now prepping the truck to install the rivnuts and get everything bolted on. Convinced my wife my we needed the camp table last night as well so that will be on ordered as well.

Did something real stupid now that im thinking of it. I pulled the trigger on an Expedition One front bumper with full bars, and then proceeded to order some 285/70/18 yokohama M/T's. Not that those choices are in itself stupid, but I'm about a 50/50 for selling my 4runner here soon and moving to Kuwait. If i don't move ill be set up for the years trips I got planned. If I do move, i'll be super bummed.. Also will have to explain to the boss (wife) why I spent this money haha!!!

install was easy. pry bar and a grunt/fart for the passenger side. driver side the coilover fell into place. 6112's were harder to remove due to the top hat studs. didn't even mess with kdss or the tie rod ends.

Finally installed the ARB single compressor. Mount is from LFD Off Road. Mount and compressor were easy to install and wire. Mount took 5 min. Compressor took a couple hours due to the switch and prepping all the wires. Probably take less than 30 min now that I understand the wiring requirements.

I want the switch mounted next to the compressor so I wasted some time trying to make an aftermarket switch work. Finally figured out the wiring diagram requirements for the switch. Using the stock switch for now as I look for other options. Also might just waterproof the switch and connection.

Installed my Krazy Beaver shovel and Maxtrax boards on to the UpTop Bravo rack. Used UpTop's mounts, super easy install and really stable. Hit some maintenance roads yesterday and everything stayed tight and didn't rattle too badly. Also installed my upper grille light bar, as seen on Trail4Runner. Easy install outside of going through the firewall. For $125 the light bar is pretty decent.

Fit an 82” tv inside and was still able to close the hatch. I’m impressed.

Drove back from Jackson Hole and ran into traffic around Las Vegas. Thankfully there are a ton of offroad options to get back into California!

You get around.That's great. Couldn't deal with the traffic though. Love Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.
