Not today, but last weekend, installed my CF 2.5/2" kit...
I installed the Rago Fab MSP Shelf today. I am pleased with how useful it will be (or rather already is) but assembly and installation is a huge pain in the ass. They tell you in the video to use a tripod to hold it up while you install it. Who owns a tripod? Not me. As an engineer, it also bothers me that none of the hardware extends all the way through the locknuts except for two screws, especially if you are to use washers on each side of the stack which they seem to provide quantity for. The hardware is almost impossible to reach on the brackets where you need to attach the shelf to the side panels. In my opinion the shelf is due for a redesign to make installation easier. All said, it doesn't impede my vision in the rear view mirror as bad as I thought it would and I'm happy to get a few things up off the floor of the cargo area and secured up top.

The dock here. On this one I reversed the liquid "ramps" raised the cable by 1mm, widened the phone width by .5mm, and added about 40mm to the "rails".
and the new hole since I moved the port inside the console.
Did some searching and there is not much I see to put in that slot, so I'll probably be printing a filler for it.
It kills me that you're not using a 90deg cord with that setup. You wouldn't see any wire at all on the mount end (of course you have to make a recess for the cord and plug and such. I get that there's no "just", as I work in engineering myself, to make that happen.
But beyond that, excellent work!

The problem with the all the 90deg cords I've seen is that it put the cable at an awkward position. 1. I would have to extend the dock out further where my leg is, leg already hits the phone some, and 2. I'd have to lower the design down beyond the plastic into where the carpet is to make the turn to get into the console area. I may play around with it and try at some point, but I don't have the cable and its really not a the top of my list since this solution works.
You can not see the cable when you are getting into the car, you can only see it when you are down low.

Purchased the 4Runner last Thursday and already chaning out tires
I chose the AT3 LT's for 9 season use. Haven't decided on the true winter tire yet. Am studying studdable tires currently.

I ordered the kit from Jason this morning, along with the handle & covers. I'm sure my knees will appreciate the assist after I've got my lift kit & tires installed.

This looks great! And it also creates that struggle within to choose spacers over, let's say Bilsteins (which might not give that much lift?).
What made you choose spacers over other options?

Based on discussions in this thread it seems to be a decision Toyota made based on one particular crash test, however, this is only the case in the US.

Just the fire pit from what I know or could tell. We saw a few camp sites that had that fenced off section.
