Also got rid of the chrome strip with some black overlays from Amazon. I would rather have this grill, but not at the money they are asking.

Removed my mudflaps and some weird plastic piece in front of the rear wheels. Added the Revtek rear mud flap delete pieces. Funny that I have removed more than I have added so far.

Nice! Just ordered these. Someone asked me the other day if I was going to remove the mudflaps. Had never even thought about it. Now all I see are those dorky mud flaps. This is a perfect solution
Installed JLT 3.0 Oil Catch Can on my '21 Nightshade @ 12,500 miles.
Is it necessary, no. Will it reduce oil vapors entering intake tract, yes. Will my engine last longer, unlikely. Will my engine be more efficient for longer, in theory, yes.
The kit is very high quality material and design choice. My only complaint is the bracket that mounts the can could use an extra 1" step down in the 'L' portion to get it further away from the plastic engine cover. I tried rotating the mount (per instructions) and the lowest interference position still isn't ideal.

You can find them from people who are switching to the TRD pro grille. I got an extra one for free to cut up when I was installing my driving lights.

I've always wondered what that piece is for. I had to remove it to put my sliders on and it seemed like an odd thing for Toyota to have put there.

They detach from the inside with a couple of screws and can be painted. That is what I did.

over the course of a couple months, wheels (20" to 17"), tires (245s to 265s) and got rid of the running boards. small details compared to some of the stuff people are doing here but it does make the truck look different.
first pic is before and second is after. paint is the same colour, the lack of sun, dirt and yellow leaves reflection make it look different. what do you guys/gals think. looks better or worse? the truck seems to sit a little higher, but I did replace all 4 corners suspension with same setup as stock though, maybe springs were worn, original lasted 155k miles

May I suggest OEM 2014+ taillights? It transformed my 2013 into new midcycle update look (at least from the back, and I wouldn't change the front for the world).

It's the "Side Body Trim Protector" or "Rocker Panel Moulding Protector"
Maybe it prevents kicking rocks up when reversing in 2WD on gravel?

funny you mention that. I was just thinking about whether I wanted to do something with the lights. I also like the front end and how the lights are situated. researching new lights (I like the idea of OEM) is likely the next project!

2.5 Kings, res with adjusters extended on all four. SPC UCAs, Rear KDSS spacer, Rear 1.5" polymer spacers for now until I can decide on springs. Toytec bump stop spacers, diff drop
Got my Kings on today. I have KDSS First driving impressions: On smooth roads it rides very stock, but slightly tighter. Reduced dive also.
First paved but bumpy road (tight close together bumps), you feel the bumps, but then I quickly realized that the same road with stock suspension would be a teeth chattering experience, so I sped up more to see what would happen, OMG the Kings just ate the bumps for breakfast and asked, "more please..."
First high way drive about 55-65 felt like an improved stock ride, but I can definitely feel the road.
Until I get a little more driving time and weight into it, I won't be able to really give my impressions. It'll be interesting to see what it rides like when I get the 285/70 K02s on it in C. But I won't know much really, until I get the bumper. winch, and sliders on it, load it up for a weekend camping trip and try it out.
So far, I'm very happy.
- BFG 285/70 will be here in a couple days to fill the wheel wells.
- RSG Sliders 15 degree with grip top plates to be delivered by early next week
- C4 Low Pro bumper with Warn winch will be here ????
- RCI aluminum skid plates - Still to be ordered

In some thread someone had the idea those vertical plastic pieces in front of the rear tires are for aerodynamics. To squeeze out another 0.01 MPG. Kind of like those flaps you see on the trailers of some 18 wheelers.

I cant say enough good things about the Wheelers 1.5" rear springs. Slight spring rate increase, but its just right IMO. tighter feeling but not harsh. I also am running kings all around. Plush....
