I added some Cali Raised Interior LED lights. At first I didn’t think they were worth the price, but they are insanely bright. Only ones I didn’t add were the puddle lights because of the hassle to install and the vanity lights because I’ve never used one in my life.

I have been toying with the idea of Kenda Klever 35x10.5s. Thinking the skinny tire on stock pro wheels will have fewer issues. Worried about the rear axle needing to be pushed back slightly to avoid rubbing the rear doors. Buddy got them for his tacoma so I’ll be test fitting his on my rig soon.

The guys I wheel with are on 35s with front lockers and the trails are getting harder every trip…. Damn those Rubicon’s!

I've never heard of Kenda Klever, but I love the spec, I did the 285/75 instead of 305/70 or 315/70 for the narrower tread, would like to see more 35x10.5 options out there for sure

Locked myself out. Fob is sitting on the seat but doors are locked. Touching the handle does nothing and rear glass won’t roll down. Wife lost the spare key. Looks like I’m calling a locksmith

That’s not even supposed to be possible with fob inside if vehicle.

True, did this few times with past vehicles. The car isnt supposed to lock with the fob inside and alerts the owner by having holding a long beep.

Finally got a day nice enough to wash and clay bar. Put on a ceramic spray. The mirror was so nice you can see my 92’ in the reflection clear as day! Love it!

Like the look.

Guessing this is lifted? What height front/rear? And did you just have to do the fender mod or bmc? I’m guessing but not sure that the sports are the same as the limited as far as clearances.

PO'ed

This happened today. I am only at about 15k on the odometer, and the first owner. I am pretty pissed off about this.

Yup, 3/2 Toytec Boss Aluma 2.5. Fender liner has been pushed forward. Very minor rubbing at the mudflap, will be attempting to flatten this hump with a heat gun. Mudflap covers body mount so im sure if its only getting minor rubs now I could push the tire size to 295.

Finally took delivery of a Thule Motion XT L cargo box. It's a bit odd on top of the Gobi, but holy hell this will make packing for long road trips significantly easier.

Got an alignment after installing my 1" Cornfed spacer last week. Steering wheel was off and I talked to the tech and he said it was pretty far out of spec. Moral of the story is make sure you get an alignment after installing any lift to the front no matter how small.

Installed the Magnaflow Overland exhaust I got from another member here. Super quick install and sounds great. I have the most aggressive pipe on now but might swap out to the milder one. The deal was too great to pass up.

I had the same rubbing and took a heat gun to it and all was solved. Should do the trick for you too!

For the folks who have 285s on the limited (or sports now). If you clear by the fender mod/ heat gun etc. is it all good for the full range of travel and angle? It’s not obvious to me that if it clears statically with steering locked that one would clear if compressed all the way as well?

Does anyone know if clearing on flat road at full steering lock ensures that at full compression you are still good?

I havent gone wheeling yet but for every day driving, parking and reversing on a incline or decline at full lock at both directions are very minimal to where it doesnt bother me to no rub. Im gonna be doing a second alignment after putting in a total of 1000 miles and adjust preload to where my rake is between 1/4” to 1/2”, currently at 1” and im sure its still yet settling.
