What a coincidence!
Today I returned a pair of AUXITO 9005 LEDs.
Their light was good; bright and white. The DRL’s were brighter and whiter too.

The problem was that they fit very loosely. They didn’t even click onto place when rotated in. And once in place, the fit was so sloppy and I envisioned them vibrating about.

Their support suggested trying a rubber-band around it!

I sent them back & will look for a better product.

Installed the ICS Fab dash mount kit. Fairly straight forward, but I did lose a metal piece on the t-connectors, PITA that was. Quick stop to Advance solved that problem. Sturdy, even though I only used 3/4 of the nylon lock nuts.

We washed Max, our 2021 ORP in metallic black. We always get funny looks from the neighbors when they see us foaming the truck! But it sure makes things go MUCH faster. Also vacuumed the interior under the rubber floor mats. That stuff builds up. It was the first wash since getting our new TRD Pro wheels and Falken Wildpeaks in E load.

Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro Fog lights

I installed and aligned a pair of DD SS3 Pro amber fog lights in my 5th gen.

It was a royal pain in the butt to tighten the bolts for the lights while installed in the 4Runner. I think it took the longest of the whole process. That and the dealing with the splash guard on the passenger side. (There's a shroud around the fog light on the passenger side to protect it from water and stuff entering in through the air intake holes in the fender liner on that side.

but, I'm 100% happy with the result.

I was proud of myself buttoning up the passenger side, when I looked down at the shroud sitting on the floor.

The wife thought I'd hurt myself at the curse I let out and came out to the garage to make sure I wasn't bleeding to death or something...

Just don’t lose the metal on the t-connectors! The one that came with the kit is floating behind my dash somewhere, ha. Also, I recommend drilling the hole for the USB charge whiles a smidge back of the hole to mount the panel.

drilling the hole a bit back - is that to help with the bend of the wires, or to clear something?
