The wire hiders? Thanks. Warmed them up a little w heat gun on low, helped straighten them out. Then butted up against the windshield molding. Cleaned the glass as directed and tried to be patience while getting it to look straight.

Vacuumed/shampooed upholstery. Installed redarc tow pro liberty for the new camper.

Did you use the TPSI-002 switch insert from Redarc? I have the TBC on order.



Swapped my Viofo A119 for the A129 dual channel dash cam. Thanks to [MENTION=452053]papadakko[/MENTION] for the STL file for the rear mount.

oil change, grease the u joints......dropped the plastic filter cap bent the metal cylinder, ran outta grease, bought 1 qt of the wrong oil weight. Life is hard being this dumb.

Well i was doing a oil change, and i was starting to break free the bolt on what I thought was the oil pan, only to remember i installed a fumoto valve a long time ago........ Luckily, i stopped right there and didn't break free that bolt when I realized that bolt wasn't for the oil pan ROFL.

First oil change on my 4th gen I drained the tranny and added 5 more quarts of oil. Yes it took 5 more quarts without overflowing lol

All set for trans oil change when the time comes.

modified front runner drop down table

re-purposed a gun magnet to use as a passive / back up fail safe in case the front runner main latch decides to fail, since the table sits about 1/2 a inch from the hatch. No safety wires, no fiddling of extra latches, no bungie cords.

gun magnets are cool because they usually have non-scratching coatings (rubber/plastic).

Trying to make my ghetto mods look less ghetto.

I just have a lot of stuff i accumulated over the years.....trying to repurpose them to make current products a little bit better.

refinish front runner table

So there is a reason why front runner drop down tables use to sell so cheap (or at least when i bought it a few years back before RIGD started reselling them with huge markups).

Front Runner's drop down table was never designed to sit on a tire carrier so the wooden extension is literally untreated birch plywood.. It's not very weather/water/uv resistant and will deteriorate quickly if left outdoors.

Anyways decided to refinish them w/ left over poly and left over plastidip and is suppose to be a stop gap measure until i can make a custom plastic extension out of 1/2 HDP plastic. This is not meant to be perfect. It's only meant to stop the deterioration until i get around to the 1/2 HDP plastic replacement.

I might poly some brewery decals into it if i wasn't so lazy. Maybe it will be a future project.

And this is why I've gotten in the habit of triple checking just about flipping everything if it's not written down. If I don't I'm bound to float around aimlessly aloof (and still do much of the time) and mess all sorts of things up (and still do much of the time). Especially locks whether it's running back to the front door after I'm already in my car or checking a ton of times anytime I get out of my 4runner with it running to say hookup my 4 way inflator setup (I really need to find an extremely inconspicuous spot to ziptie a spare).

I received a couple of things I ordered from Amazon:

An altimeter and barometer. The barometer is incidental (I live in eastern Washington up along the Cascade foothills-the prediction is "SNOW" for the next 2 months!). The altimeter is important so that I can tell if my breathing problems are from the altitude or my heart/lungs.

Liked it so much I got one for the wife's RAV4, which is an abomination behind the front seat!!

Once I get the guts to trudge through the snow and brave 18-degree weather, I'll install them.

Oh, I also bought some connectors and a length of threaded rod to extend my Hi-Lift mounts so that they will hold my traction mats on my rooftop carrier.
