Gottabetrd, I say leave it as is. Looks nice and clean. I feel like a badge in there would clutter it and look out of place. It came out real nice. Thats exactly how I'd like mine...if i only had a 01-02 grill haha

True that. I'd thought of it and I'm a 'button' pusher type guy. I'd like to believe I'm going to always remember to turn it off, but we'll see. The first instance where I forget, I'm going to immediately change it to power off with the ignition, but a very good point you've made too.

And, Socco, I like the aviation-style wiring harness clamp you are using as your license plate holder. I used to see those all the time on the apaches I used to work on, but they were white and yellow.

Thanks, I thought they would be better than just screwing to the bumper. Ive never seen them in White and Yellow. Were they plastic? These are steel (painted to match the bumper) and rubber.

Flushed the cooling system and refilled with toyota red coolant. Oil and filter change. Bled the brakes (what's new)

No, the ones on the apache are strong aluminum. Pliable, but tough. The diameters vary in size, of course and can be a pain in the a$$ to install or remove. Most of the time I can only 'see' them with my fingers. That's when I get a private to do the work for me.

yeah i'm thinking ill save my money on getting an emblem. its too bad my name screen name has trd and there is nothing trd about my rig yet lol. soon soon. I don't really like these pics, they dont do any justice. Ill get some sweet shots real soon.

The hardest part about it was cutting up the mesh with a dremel. My advice. use some pipe cutters or something else to cut the mesh until you need to do some trimming, then use the dremel. You should rock a full satsohi grill with this stuff. it will look sick!

Removed my interior to get ready for rhino lining.. After my flooding the carpet was traaaasshhhedd.. I've always wanted to do this but, this will be interesting though.

I changed out my spark plugs with some OEM NGK's and new plug wires. I noticed a big difference immediately.

Had a horrific day at work today (busy as hell which is a good thing when you work solely on commission) so I decided to unwind by washing my baby when I got home. Gave a her a wash and a quick coat on NuFinish. The old girl cleans up nicely. I was actually taking the wax off in the dark so no pics until tomorrow.

Thanks man. I'm glad I took so long to finally do it, that way I thought everything through and did it how I wanted to do it. Not rushed that way and end up with better results.

finally got around to installing the kc lights i found on cl. gave her a bath and detailed the inside. i love seeing her all shiney until our 6000 pollen count ruins everythig the day after haha.

I picked up a husky liner for my cargo bay on CL for free. Thx to the kind gentleman from Everett who had a 91 T4R with a 3.4L swap for passing the goodwill to a fellow runner!
It has a couple of carefully cut out holes for the tie down points (i.e. Personality). It has a great new home!

Oh man I know I was freaking out with every little cut. But I'm very happy with how it turned out I'll get better pics tommorrow. It looks really clean and these things are bright and can't beat what I paid for them. Got my roof rack those lights and two square KC for 75 buks.
