Admired it, A guy at school parked his JK which I know to run 35s next to mine and to my surprise there was really a negligible difference in tire size. I stopped and stared at the two next to eachother for a good 2 minutes lol

Well technically was not today but a week ago I had the timing belt, water pump, and seals replaced. Also had the transmission serviced, front and rear differential, and transfer case serviced. So now my ride is all serviced up like new!!!











































And Im broke lol!!!

This evening I drove it and fell in love all over again, you guys know what I mean. Picture this:

75 degrees with moderate humidity, 8pm, oceanside. 45mph, side windows up, back window down, sunroof open. 124K on the odometer and feels like the day I bought it.

Got out to fill it up with gas and looked it over. Timeless lines, no hazy headlights or faded bodyside cladding. Just endless shiny black paint and anthracite Sequoia wheels. Looks BETTER than the day I bought it.

I am going to drive this thing FOREVER!!!! :frog:

I spent the evening starting re-assemble of the 3rz that came out of my 98 almost 2 months ago.

Full rebuild- .5 mm over pistons, full head work, stacks of new parts (and lots of receipts!)

just came in from the garage after assembling my new TRD tundra coils(yy-yb) and new tundra 5100s... its like 20lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal:boink:... i cant wait untill sunday when i install this lift:biggrin2:

Replaced the gauge and shifter bulbs with LED's, new rotors and brake pads, cleaned throttle body and IAC, cleaned MAF.

Funny you posted this. Had a ridiculously busy day today. Picked Tyrone up from getting state inspection and emissions this afternoon. Drove home, windows DOWN, sun roof open, back window down. Rowing through the gears with the M/T's roaring, Linkin Park on the radio, loving the wind blowing all over the place. Love this truck. It's the roughest one I've bought but I love it.
