Did the tundra brake upgrade today, the Napa stuff is sure alot more money up here in Canada.

Great. I plan on doing this upgrade and I'm in B.C. What brand and quality of parts did you order? I figured the US prices were too good to be true.... Maybe on my next trip to the USA....

Last couple weeks I got the Tundra brake upgrade (with slotted/drilled rotors), some used 285/75/16 DuraTracs, and dropped my coil-overs down a tad to level things out. Now I want a body lift! =X

Anyone got any ideas for leveling out that rear bumper? Looks like maybe the truck got rear ended at some point and the whole thing sags a bit.

changed my timing belt, water pump and acc. hoses.

I can turn a wrench but I'm no mechanic. I thought I would try to change my tb and wp myself since I have 2 neighbors who are good with vehicles and tools. I'm a day and a half into it and it's 3/4 complete. If not for my neighbors to help break some of the bolts loose I would be nowhere. I have cussed a bit and mixed some blood with grease but that is par for the course. Calming music and drinks have helped ease the pain. I don't think I'll ever do it again.

I just seperated the lenses from the headlights. I NEVER want to do that again. I chipped one side pretty bad because the glue wasn't hot enough, but the other side went pretty smooth. I also sanded the shrouds and reflector bowl down to paint, which will happen tonight. Hoping to have this retrofit done this weekend.

My bumper is the same way.

Yeah I've seen some people with straight and some sagging. I pulled the cover off and I can't see anything majorly noticeable. Seems to me all the brackets are slightly bent. But I am planning on getting a black bumper off Ebay and seeing if in the process of installing it, getting it straightened out.

If its sagging its probably not the bumper but the brackets. Or maybe even the body where the brackets attach. You could try bending them back slowly jacking up the truck from the brackets and see if you can bend it back.

I went with all napa stuff, got their basic rotors, top line calipers, and some ceramic pads. It came to 750 with core charges I would really go to the states if you have time!

Greased the driveshafts and LBJs. Also noticed that the downstream O2 sensor was so loose I unscrewed it by hand!

Just finished flushing my radiator and topped it all off with some nice Toyota Kool-Aid :lmao: Now to wash it and finish it off with a Meguiar's Clay Bar and Gold Class wax.

Removed the SR5 running boards and found rust starting on the rockers. I spent Saturday and Sunday grinding off the rust and flaking paint, coated it all in clear POR15 in preparation to paint the rockers in bed liner coating. Some nerf boards will complete the look.

The front fender flares looked goofy so I trimmed the front of the running boards to complete the look. Sure beats spending $75 for OEM mud flaps that would probably damage the fender if they hook on something.

- Cleaned the throttle body and MAF (and it NEEDED it!)
- Took out the cause of my dirty MAF (K&N) and replaced it with paper
- Changed spark plugs and wires
- Added a couple OME 10MM trim spacers to each side on the rear to help out my 906's. I had a tad of negative rake, and that's just not acceptable...
