You wouldn't believe how badly I want an FD in that color. Not sure if I'd fit in one anymore though.

Not today but.. I have tundra big brake upgrade waiting in the garage, along with stainless steel catback. Also on the way is a solid pinion sleeve. Also fixing the rust. Also installed URD short throw shifter.

That’s a beautiful FD! :first:Is it manual or auto?
Nice TypeR! How is it?
I extended my stock roof rack by adding a little more than half of one I got from the junk yard and cut down. This way it will have much better support up by the windshield for the kayak. It's just barely is wide enough to straddle the sunroof. Some carefully placed M6 rivnuts, being sure not to hit the sunroof hardware underneath. I extended it as far as I could go to where the roof starts to contour down. It's my 1st experience using rivnuts/nutserts and I think it was well worth the $58 for the set of 10 sizes(5 metric/5 SAE). It's basically a pop rivet with threads inside.

Gave her a bath to celebrate hitting the 200,000 mile mark.

you have anymore photos of this and the insert kit? very nice mod.
Make sure you get one with steel rivets. Mine is very similar to this one, the kit came with 10 rivets in each thread size.Wedgy
Also interested in more details especially how you connected the two rails. Looks OEM to me!
