What did you do with your 4runner today?

So dropped it off this morning for the 5th gen upgrade. They are saying the rotors are too small that I sent to them, because once installed the calipers would have less than 50% contact with the actual rotor and the other 50% would just be up in the air? Any thoughts on what is wrong, since I ordered exactly from the thread?

I had the same issue except it wasn't the 5th gen upgrade but when I bought my rotors I accidentally bought the smaller rotors for the v6 4Runner vs v8. Just a mis-click by me.

I didn't think it would matter as I bought them for a 2010 4runner which only has a v6? I ordered everything the original poster ordered in the thread, but they are saying mine dont fit.

Save some water...........wash it in the rain haha. Or foam cannon in your garage then back it out and let the rain wash it off?

Need help troubleshooting TPMS sensor..
Tire pressure is 38psi all around, and all of a sudden light went on.....but nothing has changed, equal pressure on all tires. :sobbing:

C. TPMS bypass mod. and never worry about it again.
Didn't get much last week on my side of town.
Started sprinkling as soon as I was done.
Sneaked a ride in between the rain.

Replaced the front door fastener I broke while installing my front speakers. For those similarly afflicted, this 1/4" Screw-in Nylon Rivet at Lowe's, their item #881213, is a plug-n-play replacement and costs $1.05 for a 2-pack.
I like that they screw in because it works better and removes easily with much less risk of breakage.
I have one of the OEM pieces, the one I didn't break. If anyone needs one and doesn't want to spend the buck on the Lowe's replacements, PM me your address and I'll send you this one. Claimed.

Absolutely mine goes off once a year usually soon as winter hits gets real cold one night and my spare has been it every time.

Its a full spare so yes it has a sensor and will notify you of any PSI changes below threshold.

Terrible iPhone photo... but replaced headunit last night. Pioneer AVH-X2800bs. The bluetooth and sirius xm make it well worth the upgrade.
I have the same head unit...it's MUCH better and more refined then my 4100 NEX I have in my truck! The only difference is I used the Urban 4runner surround...
Considered the same surround. But living in NC I had everything come to my door essentially overnight from crutchfield and didnt want to wait lol. Im happy with the metra kit and like you said, this headunit is much better than oem especially.
