What did you do with your 4runner today?

Got 1 frozen stud away from installing my intake manifold spacer... then had to put everything back together the way it was since I had to get home. Tomorrow I'll enlist the help of my machinist and hopefully we'll get the stud out. At least now I can do the take apart procedure in ~15 min.

Got my CVJ axles and Camburg ball joint upper arms installed. Only a few miles of pavement on them at this point, but very happy so far.

Did the custom intake tube as seen on t4r, quite simple really but I think I need gloss black paint and plastidip the engine cover leaving the lettering silver.

I would wrap it.
And don't cut a hole in the air box.

Showed up a riced out civic on the freeway. Kept pace with me until about 70 mph. I was still pulling away from him when I had the needle buried. :first: Heh, these V8 trucks are deceivingly fast.

Where did you find the manifold spacer ? Or did you do the oem intake manifold and just cut it. ?

Nah, I just outrun em in the Yank haha. Now when im driving the Warrior...thats when I park on em because Im sure a vespa could outrun the ol girl. :lookout:

Hey, i searched all over but couldn't find anything on this this. But.... is there a market for the set of mint condition third row seats for a 4th gen I dont need them and keep them in the back because I dont reallyy have the extra room to store them. Any info would be helpfull and aprecited. thanks

I got mine installed today (jamming 2 nuts worked to get the stud off though it still put up a good fight). It works exactly as advertised. Computer feels it has a bit more torque to work with so it is more reluctant to shift gears - depending on your driving style you might not like this. My right foot is very light so this works for me.

To me it's worth the cost.
