The battery tray is from ballistic fabrication. It's def beefy and for $30 looks pretty cool. Just gotta paint it. It's separate from the T-max kit which is basically a knock off of the IBS kit and way cheaper.

Yep, should hopefully squeeze back there based on some other installs I've seen. I will have to fab up some adapters for the bottom of the holder but I'm going to post an install write up once it's done.

Please do, try to take some measurements of what you use so others can replicate it (like me).

I haven't been able to tackle this mod but I've been curious about getting a mount tucked in there.

Did you find a way to show tranny temp on the UG yet? I can't find it..

That looks like the UG's temp not the T4R's temp. Where is it mounted that its that dang hot? Also I don't believe the UG can display transmission temp in the T4R.

Cabin temp is 160 when I got in. It's 100 in the sun right now. Open the doors and you can see heat ripples coming out of the truck.

Sweating my nads off. Have to add more AC coolant. Clearly the can I added two days ago helped but isn't enough

Mine is mounted on the a/c vent in the T4R and velcro'd to the dash in my Jeep. Never had any overheating problems

Passed my HAM technician exam today. Now I need to order up my 2M/144 radio and antena.

Ended up over-filling the AC... Had to purge some out and it's still not really "cold". Probably because it's 100 degrees.

I'm also going to gently wash out all the mud and debris from my radiator and condenser. I bet that has something to do with it

Yeah something's not right. Wonder why my truck in the hot dirty south with triple the miles that your up north truck has, has never needed any A/C service and still blows ice cold. And mine blows year round because I never toggle the "auto" temp off. Hope u get it squared away.

When I spray my condenser with water, chocolate milk comes out. It's probably PACKED with dirt, which is insulating the radiator and preventing it from exchanging heat like its supposed to

When I take my bumper off to put my new one on, I'll wash it out and hopefully that'll fix it!

As for my current AC status, hopefully I don't fry to a crisp tomorrow while wheeling
