What did you do with your 4runner today?

Went to COTA, looking forward to a track day at this place.

Crappy night pics but the rack and lights are all set up. I'm more than happy with the outcome of how everything came out. The Armor Tech Brackets definitely make it sit perfect on top the roof. Next up is armor all around$$$

Replaced all my driveline fluids yesterday. And did a drain and fill to the tranny. I keep adding a few squirts of grease to the zerks. The clunk is almost gone. I just don't want to add too much. I have to drill out all the skid plate bolts as most of them broke off. So I don't have any skid plates on right now. I used Traxon xl 75w 90 for all 3 boxes.

I think it will be good as long as the steel piece is thick enough. Since it will be vertical it won't bounce up and down. If anything it might move side to side, but i really don't think it will having it with the two bolts in the back, plus it will be against the side rails of the rack. I will be interested to see how the width of the light bar lines up with the inside of the rack. You might have to add a little zig zag bend in the steel brackets, which would give them a little extra strength.

Got my body mounts chopped by a guy from CT4wd, a local mainly toyota 4wd association.

He does really nice work. no more body mount rub.

Finally after owning the 4R for 6 months, got a hand wax. I'm usually very anal about waxing, but I guess I like to get the 4R dirty. :bigok: Also been very busy (& lazy), so I paid my friends carwash to do it. Always good to get that layer of carnauba on it.

Then when I went out to take a pic, saw a grandpa flexing his Cayenne. Obviously trying to show off his skillz to the 4R.

My husband brought home a nice socket set for me!!!!! Installed the interior LED lights, no flash used, I will say I thought the pics they used in their ads were fake but I dont think that now.
