What did you do with your 4runner today?

Besides the car I want can't be bought for a few more years in the USA. The "ONLY" cars I'd buy with my money is a BNR34 GTR, BNR33 GTR or a BNR32 GTR. And even then I'll still buy trucks and sport trucks, build a collection, modify them, and race them. And it all started with this 4Runner.

Why? There are much better cars to be had for track days that can be had here. I'm not sure why everyone has such a hard on for skylines when they are the equivalent of a mustang or corvette in other parts of the world. I see the allure since you can't get them here but I'd MUCH rather have a 911 twin turbo or a built zo6 for track days.

Honestly though, there's a sense of pride when you kick somebody's track car's ass while racing them with a modified SUV. It's just funny!
 
To day I Plasti Dipped my tail lights and rear emblem and front grill

Looks awesome minus all the violations I'd write you for in a traffic stop! Lol, seriously though be careful especially with that blue light in your hood scoop, that is technically a felony where I live. Can you see through the plasti dip on your tailights?

I like the oakley sticker too btw.

I just picked up this metal Oakley emblem.

This was yesterday, but tried replacing the front driver side CV joint on my 2005 Sport. Everything came apart just fine until it came time to remove the old CV axle spindle from the hub. No amount of liquid, heat, hammering or (weak) air tools could separate them. :bash:

I hate having to bring things to the dealership.

On a good note, I did get some 265/70/R17 General Grabber AT2's installed last week! Look great!

That's not the allure for me. The allure is the styling and the performance.
 
Not sure if I'd sport that look. It shouts "I want to be 5th gen Trail". I think it is unique the way it was before.
