What did you do with your 4runner today?

Tri-y's or long tubes IMO , idk about Toyota's but most modern small blocks shorty headers don't do much since the OEM manifolds flow pretty well.

While I do agree, I live in California. I think I read some Tacoma guys saying the older style 4.0 manifolds are a lot more restrictive than the newer ones, so I just went with these since they were cheap.

Day got worse. Got back to my GF's house to drop off her moms car and take my truck to go home. I park the Chevy and start walking to my truck, I hit the remote start button, nothing happens.

Long story short, I had to push my truck uphill to do a 3 point turn to be able to access the battery with the Chevy.

I open the Chevy's hood and couldn't find the battery for a solid minute.... WAYYYYYY too much plastic! Then of course her little battery couldn't even turn my starter, so I had to find a stick in the rain to hold down the gas at 2,000rpm to charge up my battery for 15 minutes to be able to crank my engine.

Holy. ****ing. ****. Today sucks.

Can't wait for what tomorrow brings....

Correct. 05-08 have a log style manifold and 09 and up have longer runners. Butt dyno should like the shorties.

Well... I got my service comped because my rep is an ass hole and I was waiting here for 7+ hours for an alternator and a belt since 10am today.

Got onto the road and I have a violent vibration. Caliper is seized, but it was driving F&CKING FINE when I dropped it off this f&cking morning!

This sh*t needs to f&cking stop now!

I am never coming back to Ira Toyota in Tewksbury again.

Wow, good to know about Ira..... As a general rule I try and avoid dealer repairs unless I have no choice....

Wow, good to know about Ira..... As a general rule I try and avoid dealer repairs unless I have no choice....

I trust a dealers accountability over a crack shop in town who may not be there when I need them. Prices are high but unless you're a complete idiot they won't screw you.

Bob, go to WFM or McGee if you can. They RULE. Ira was a last resort and I'm regretting that so much right now.
