Thanks Jon. Nothing is going my way it seems .

They comped me $160~ for wasting 10 hours of my life sitting in the waiting room cubicle on my laptop. All to leave and end up back an hour later :moping:

I'm gonna do my brakes again on my own; second total brake rebuild in the two years I've owned the damn thing by the way! Ira wants $134 for just pads.... I just got high end pads and rotors for $230 to my door from AutoAnything.com. I'll get autozone to replace my seized calipers and I'll be on my way with less money wasted

When my dad got his truck, he initially went to Ira cause they gave him a crazy price. He put money down and went to pick it up. He had ordered an 05 limited in Galactic Grey and they pulled out one in that light blue color. He was livid and got his money back. My dad then went to McGee and they sold him his truck at a loss just to get his business over the big three dealers (herb, boch, Ira) in our area.

McGee is the bomb!

Just bought EBC sport rotors with Yellowstuff pads and some Stoptech stainless brake lines because the OEM lines are hard to work with.

Im running the factory caliper with blank centric rotors. The pads im currently using are trd pads, but i love and miss my carbotech pads, they were fantastic on the track and great at hard and panic stops. When cold they made noises but i didnt care. In the future i want to get the trd fj brake kit but it costs 1800 dollars.

I was looking at that FJ trd kit but I have the 13.3" rotors.

I want brembo calipers or something so I don't have any more seized calipers!

That is correct, however on the trd kit the rotor is much thicker and it also uses the stoptech st40 caliper which has many many pad choices. Brembo has an fj kit but you'll need 18in rims to rum them.

Got our Christmas tree (that was last night), cleaned coke off the floor mat, almost hit a stupid lady talking on the phone that pulled out in front of me in a gold Chevy Tahoe, break checked a Lexus and found out I have the V6 hitch. Wasn't there a TSB for that?

Replaced yet another seized caliper. Thank God for autozone's lifetime warranty on their products!

Now I'm just waiting on my EBC sport rotors and yellow stuff pads for the front and I'll be golden
