Haha problem is - Living in MN the salt is crazy. My truck is white every where If not washed constantly. So anything would get nasty after even 1 winter.

Plus no one wants a truck with 1 accident and documented water/mud damage with a replaced transmission at 50k

It's gonna be a trail rig but I wanna start some tuning too. Trying to get more than 201 RWHP. I know, it's a truck, not a sports car, but it has a hood scoop so I say that counts!
But it works fine as a daily driver. It needs new idler pulleys and that's it. Everything else is in good working order. I'm gonna be getting bumpers and skids and stuff, so I want decent mileage for the 95% of the time I'm on the road, which is why I'm getting a sedan for a DD

Yes but I drive 1,000 miles a week. Gas is killing me. I want a manual anyway. I wish our 4th gens came with that option...

Let me stick with my delusions.
I'm not as bad as the kid I know who traded in his 2010 Tacoma for a 2004 to save money... He's still making car payments and the big repairs will be needed a lot sooner.
He also changes his tires every month... How many A/T and M/T options are out there?! Jeeze

Yep. School and back 30 miles each way, go there twice on tues and thurs.
Then I have work, and going to see my fiancé (can't move in together yet... Lame) so yea... LOTS of mileage. Need a commuter car. At least I'm keeping my 4Runner unlike zstampe
