Put a heavy coat on. It's drying now. Plastidip flattens itself out. Had issues applying this though. It wasn't covering evenly

The front bumper mount sheared off the frame and it looks like the end of the frame is bent. Issues with the trnsmission too. The engine still runs althogh the radiator can be used to play horeshoes.

Insurance has not evaluated it yet but my guess is a total.

If they want to repair it, sweet, I wanted a Shrockwork bumper anyways.


I was making a left turn and a guy ran a red light and hit me. My fault (according to Colorado law).

He was in an older Cad. He said he did not want to stop because his altenator was not working and his car would die and his brakes were not working correctly.

Still my fault though (according to Colorado police)


Got to give it to Toyotas. Other than a 1.5 second 360 degree circle ride, I did not feel a thing. The force pushed my body against the center consol hard enough to move it.

I am sold on Toyota safety.

RedOME suspension

Got one side done, painting was a pain in the ass. Headlights done too. I need to restore my headlights, you can really see all the pitting with the black behind it.

Installed the stock fog light housings I bought off [MENTION=77471]kevinpt[/MENTION]. Looks 20x better than my originals. Both had failed seals which took moisture in, plus they were foggy as hell. Putting it on the ramps allowed me to sit and kneel without having to lay underneath.

I really hope the laws here don't screw me like that... hope they can fix up your Runner because even wrecked it still looks awesome!
